Program Details

Jeep Tour "Special Havana"

Havana emerged as a product and witness of a tumultuous and epic history, due to its position as a gateway to the New World, at the intersection of the great powers that have struggled to control it. Its monuments, architecture, landscapes and atmosphere are a direct illustration of the greatness that has made Havana exceptional since its foundation.

This tour is designed to introduce you to one of the products that characterize the Cubans, "Cuban rum", you will be able to enter the factory that gives life to this product. We will visit the "Colonial Havana" and you will be able to visit one of the most famous night clubs in the world, the "TROPICANA" cabaret.

Details of your trip:

  • Pick up by Jeep at the hotel.
  • Visit to the viewpoint of the Bacunayagua Bridge, currently considered one of the seven wonders of civil engineering in Cuba.
  • Tour of Old Havana with its four squares. Unlike the rest of the colonial cities of the country, Havana did not follow the pattern that governed the life of the villas around a square or park, but was structured in four main squares, with different functions: military (Plaza de Armas), commercial (Plaza de San Francisco de Asís), social (Plaza Vieja) and religious (Plaza de La Catedral). Although this particularity that distinguishes it seems to be lost in a growth that overflows this first organization, the air of each of these spaces still defines much of its attractiveness.
  • Visit to the Rum Museum, where you will have the opportunity to experience the rum-making process firsthand.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Tour of Modern Havana, located on the outskirts of Colonial Havana, where buildings from the 1950's predominate.
  • Change of clothes and dinner at a hotel in the city.
  • Enjoy the Tropicana Cabaret Show every night.
  • Return to Varadero.

TIPS: - Comfortable clothes and shoes. Solar protection. Gala clothes for night event.
