This service was created with the aim of satisfying the transportation needs of both national and international travelers who are in Cuba for their vacations. The transfer service links the capital of Cuba, Havana with several of the main tourist destinations in the country such as Cienfuegos to finally reach the historic city of Trinidad. The buses will pick up clients at the main hotels in the city and transport them on the selected route. The service is designed taking as departure or destination point the hotels in Havana City, grouped in three geographical centers: Historical Center of Havana (East), Vedado (Downtown) and Miramar - Playa (West).

If the provider decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.
Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client should inquire at the sales desk to avoid any inconvenience.
The bus transfer service is shared according to the number of passengers in the service and includes all stops indicated in the itinerary.
Cancellation policy:
- NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS with less than 72 hrs are penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reserved service.
