"Altiplano of Tope de Collante" (Caburní or Vegas Grandes Natural Park)
The Topes de Collantes Natural Park is located in the Sierra del Escambray at 800 meters above sea level. It is formed by rivers, valleys, mountains and caves in its natural state being a unique paradise for lovers of direct contact with nature, you can breathe a healthy environment and purified from the levels of pollution of modern life, stress and anxiety. Enjoy green forests and numerous species of Cuban flora and fauna. The Caburní waterfall is one of its main attractions, a 62 feet high waterfall that falls into natural pools.
Details of your trip
- Local guide (Spanish, English).
- Pick up at Plaza Céspedes.
- Stop at the Mirador del Caribe and the village of Topes de Collantes, general explanation of the guide about the history and importance of the place.
- The clients will continue enjoying an excellent landscape, until arriving and visiting the well-known coffee house with a typical coffee to be tasted.
- Guided walk to Salto del Caburní, with free time for swimming.
- Lunch at "Mi Retiro" restaurant.
- Return to the hotel.
TIPS: - Light clothing, sunglasses, bathing suit, caps or hats, tennis shoes, sandals or comfortable shoes, sun protection and camera.
- This tour operates with no minimum number of passengers. The Agency will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your excursion. If the supplier decides to cancel, due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, the Agency will offer you an alternative excursion or will fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.
- Once the reservation is made you will receive in your email address the voucher with the information you have chosen. If you can, please print the voucher to present to your tour guide.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made up to 72 hours prior to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion price will be applied.
- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the excursion departure time, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fee will be applied.
- Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and up to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, and in case of no-show, 100% of the excursion price will be deducted.
- Note: administrative costs and credit card fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
