Tour to “the Altiplano of Tope de Collante” (Guanayara Natural Park)
Of the six natural parks that make up the Altiplano Topes de Collantes in the province of Sancti Spíritus there is one that is located in Cienfuegos territory: the Guanayara Natural Park. Up to that mountainous enclave, near the town of Cuatro Vientos. This place impresses by the imposing elevations, the wide valleys within the mountains, the exuberance of the vegetation, the high endemism of the flora and fauna, the cave systems, the beautiful landscapes, as well as the pure and transparent rivers and streams that form picturesque waterfalls and natural pools. In addition, there is the natural wealth represented by its inhabitants, with customs and idiosyncrasies typical of the region, which complement the attributes of this living paradise.
Includes:
- Local guide in several languages.
- Tour in mountain military trucks from the city of Trinidad, ascending the road to Topes de Collantes, entering the Escambray Mountains.
- Arrival at the information center to change documents,
- Visit to the coffee house with an optional typical coffee on request,
- We continue our journey through the town of Charco Azul, where the trail "Sentinels of the Melodious River" begins, with stops at Salto del Rocío, and Poza del Venado (time for a refreshing swim).
- Free time for lunch.
- On the way up to Topes de Collantes or on the way back, at the request of the clients, stop at the Mirador del Caribe where you can see the city of Trinidad and the Ancon Peninsula and where you will have a natural fruit cocktail included.

TIPS: • Light clothing, sunglasses, water, light meals with sweets and proteins, caps or hats, tennis shoes or sandals, as well as capes or other protectors for rainy seasons, sun protection and a camera.

If the supplier decides to cancel, due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiadventure will offer you an alternative excursion or will refund the cost of your excursion in full.

Cancellation policy
- If it is cancelled up to 72 hours before the tour is due to take place, a penalty of 10% of the tour price will be applied.
- For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the excursion departure time, a penalty of 50% of the excursion price will be applied.
- Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and up to the time the excursion is enjoyed, and in case of no-show, 100% of the excursion price will be deducted.
- Note: no refunds of administrative costs or credit card charges can be made in case of cancellation.
