"Boca of Yumurí River" Tour
Program description:
- Departure from our office to the Yumurí river, which is west of Baracoa, about 30 km away on the road that connects with the municipality of Maisi. Its wide flow, its impressive canyon, the peculiar "key" that forms very close to its mouth, the beauty of the environment that surrounds it, are its greatest attractions.
- Specialized guide service.
- Visit of its beautiful canyon in the traditional cayuca (typical boat of the zone).
- On the way you will visit the fishing village of El Manglito to observe the preparation of CHOROTE, the name given in the area to the pure chocolate that comes from its cocoa plantations. The chorote, based on the dry fruit of the cocoa, is a delicious thick chocolate, highly valued for its excellent properties.
- Time for swimming in the beach.
- Return to the city.
