Program Details

"A day in Viñales" Tour

Viñales Valley. It is located in the province of Pinar del Río, the westernmost area of Cuba, in the Sierra de los Órganos, exactly in the mountainous group of the Guaniguanico Mountain Range. This valley and a large part of the surrounding mountain range was approved in 1999 as a National Park and, in December of the same year, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, in the category of Cultural Landscape.

Details of your trip

  • Pick up at your hotel in a staggered manner.

  • Departure to Viñales, for this we will drive through part of Miramar, the National Highway with views of dams, crop areas and mountainous group Sierra del Rosario.
  • Stop at La Chorrera or Las Barrigonas.
  • Tour through the town of Viñales and let yourself be guided through this cozy town away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
  • Experience the best view of the Viñales Valley from the viewpoint Los Jazmines.
  • Then visit the house of a farmer dedicated to the cultivation of tobacco, while discovering the production process of the famous Cuban cigars.
  • Lunch at the Ranchón Criollo.
  • Boat ride on the subway river of the Cueva del Indio.
  • Last stop: Dos Hermanas Valley where we will visit the Prehistoric Mural.
  • Return to the hotels.

TIPS: - Light clothing, sunglasses, hats, tennis shoes, sandals or comfortable shoes, sun protection and camera.

  • This excursion operates with no minimum number of passengers. The Agency will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your excursion. If the supplier decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or bad weather conditions, the Agency will offer you an alternative excursion or will fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.
  • Once the reservation is made you will receive in your email address the voucher with the information you have chosen. If you can, please print the voucher to present to your tour guide.
  • Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made up to 72 hours prior to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion price will be applied.
  • For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the excursion departure time, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fee will be applied.
  • Please note that cancellation within 24 hours and up to the time of enjoyment of the excursion, and in case of no-show, 100% of the excursion price will be deducted.
  • Note: administrative costs and credit card fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
