Jeep Safari "NATURE TOUR BIRDWATCHING IN SALINAS DE BRITO"
Las Salinas is located in the Ciénaga de Zapata (Zapata Marsh) about 180 kilometers southeast of Havana, near the left vertex of the majestic Bay of Pigs
This tour leads you to enjoy the observation of the most important migratory birds in Cuba, in the Ciénaga de Zapata National Park, considered the most important and best preserved wetland in the Insular Caribbean. Among mangroves and swamp forests where the presence of endemic and migratory forest birds such as the flamingo, spoonbill, ivis and heron stand out.
Itinerary
- Pick up at the hotel.
- Bird watching in the canals of the "Salinas de Brito" area. Main species to observe: Aquatic birds, migratory the great majority (Flamingos, spoonbills, ivis, herons, etc.).
- Snorkeling, lunch and open bar in Punta Perdiz.
- Visit to the farm "Fiesta Campesina" and tour of the facility.
- Return to Varadero.
Note: The optimal period to enjoy this tour is suggested from November 15 to April 15.

Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
