“SALAR DE ATACAMA & JEREZ (COCKTAIL)” TOUR
Jerez Canyon, is located in the middle of the Jere Valley, a natural spectacle to enjoy in the middle of the Atacama Desert.
The Salar de Atacama is part of the Los Flamencos natural reserve, it is the largest salt deposit in Chile, it is divided into two sectors called Soncor and Quelana, formed by some of the salt lakes. In Soncor we find the Puilar, Chaxas and Barros Negros lagoons; and in Quelana, the Burros Muertos lagoon. This site boasts large numbers of Flamingos, as well as other birds -such as guavas, rheas and ducks.
The town of Toconao is located at 2,475 meters above sea level, where you can find the Church of San Lucas with its small bell tower.
