"GUIDED VISIT TO THE NATIONAL CAPITOL OF CUBA" Tour
Cuba's National Capitol was inaugurated on May 20, 1929, by then President Gerardo Machado. It is located on the limits of Centro Habana and La Habana Vieja, towards the southern end of the renowned Paseo del Prado.
If you are interested in learning about Cuba's history while enjoying the combination of art and architecture, don't hesitate to come to Cuba's National Capitol, which is monumental, imposing, sober and beautiful. It draws attention from a distance, it stands out in the context, it forces you to stop looking between the busy, hurried comings and goings of the thousands of people who pass through its surroundings every day.
Without a doubt, it is a symbol that identifies Cuba. Nowadays, cameramen and artists with old equipment, worthy of a museum, immortalize black and white snapshots, like those that make up the family memories of our great-grandparents.
The visits will be carried out in the following shifts

Important
In the case of the visits with the use of Audio Guides, these will be delivered at the National Capitol itself. - For individuals without guides from the national reception, it will be done after delivering the identification document of the pax (ID, Driver's License, Passport, etc) - For the groups and individuals with guides of the national receptive, it will be done against the ID card of the guide.
PROHIBITIONS:
During the tour inside the building, it is strictly forbidden to customers:
- Taking photos and/or videos, except in the space comprising the Hall of the Lost Steps.
- Record videos and/or voice notes to the guides while they are giving the tour.
- Consuming beverages or food.
- Damage the property or any of its components in any way.
TIPS: - We recommend: light clothing, hats, tennis shoes, sandals or comfortable shoes, sun protection and camera. - It is recommended to bring a bottle of water.
- The visits will be coordinated through the agency and confirmed according to availability.
- Each shift will only admit one tour with a group of maximum 15 pax.
- For the visits with Audio Guide in case of breakage or loss of the device and/or lanyard, the client will compensate the agency for the damage caused to the guiding system as follows:
- Breakage of the device: 110.00 USD
- Device lost: 220.00 USD
- Broken or lost lanyard: 5.00 USD
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged.
- Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
