The best way to discover the secrets of a centuries-old tradition in the land of the best tobacco in the world is to observe the production process of Cuban twisted tobacco. The client will be able to go through the areas of picking, de-stemming, twisting and banding, accompanied by a specialized guide from the factory. The tour lasts approximately 40 minutes. The visits will take place during working hours always accompanied by a specialist of the factory, tourists are not allowed to visit the factory. During your visit you will also be able to purchase boxes of Habanos or copies of the most authentic Cuban tobacco.
It is not allowed to go inside the factories with bags and cameras and it is strictly forbidden to take pictures and videos.

Itinerary:
- During the tour, customers will be able to observe the Galera where the cigar twisters work and will receive an explanation of the entire cigar making process, from the preparation of the wrapper, color selection, banding and packaging.

• This tour operates with a minimum of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
General conditions:
- Children from 0 to 2 years old are free on conventional tours.
- Children from 3 to 12 years old have a 50% discount on the tours, in correspondence with the price for the range of clients. Children do not have a minimum age for excursions.
- Children up to 18 years of age do not have access to cabaret and disco nightclubs.
- Departure time for tours is 9.00 am for those tours that are not required.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations must be made before 48 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour and 100% of the value of the tour will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 48 hrs and 12.00 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the value of the tour.
- If the client does not show up at the departure time of the tour (no show), 100% of the value of the tour will be deducted.
- The cancellation of the service due to force majeure does not entail a penalty and the client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
