The city of Camagüey, with more than 500 years of existence, is the largest of the Cuban provinces. Its history and culture decisively mark the physiognomy of the Cuban nation. The qualities of its Historic Center make it integrate the most select of the World Heritage, recognized by creators and intellectuals as the infinite city for the details that are discovered and surprised every day, not only those that are part of its tangible repertoire, but those that weave its history, the environments and customs that inspire its legendary culture: churches, tinajones.
Itinerary
- Tour by bicitaxi through the main squares, small squares and streets of the Historic Center of the City of Camagüey.
- Observation of places of great patrimonial value, such as the Church of La Soledad, the Plaza de los Trabajadores, where the House of Major General Ignacio Agramonte y Loynaz is located, the Church and Convent of La Merced, the Plaza del Carmen with the Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, the former Women's Hospital, the former Convent of the Ursuline Mothers, the Fidelio Ponce de León Gallery and the Plazoleta de Bedoya, the only one in the city with six corners.
- They will visit the Parque Mayor General Ignacio Agramonte y Loynaz, foundational center of the Villa Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe, where they will be able to appreciate the Iglesia Mayor or Cathedral of Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.
- You will also be able to see the "Camagüey Ciudad Patrimonio" (Camagüey Heritage City) interpretation center (model of the city) and the Plaza San Juan de Dios, one of the first architectural complexes of importance in the city.
TIPS: • Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

- This tour operates with a minimum number of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of the excursion. If the supplier decides to cancel, because the minimum number of passengers is not reached, Holiplus will offer you an alternative excursion or fully reimburse the cost of your excursion.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
