We invite you to get to know one of the most impressive cities in central-southern Cuba. The Colonial City of Trinidad, full of historical, cultural and patrimonial values, will be able to discover times, customs and traditions of the old Villa. It was one of the first Villas founded and declared by the UNESCO Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity.

The Valley of the Sugar Mills, was named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1998 due to its links to the slave trade that was generated by the sugar plantations in the area during that period. This place is a living museum of the ancient sugar trade of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Description

  • Pick up from hotels or town (vehicle and guide service)
  • Stop at the Mirador, a place where you can enjoy beautiful views of the San Luis Valley.
  • Panoramic bus ride throughout the area.
  • Visit to the Manaca Iznaga hacienda.
  • Return to the city to visit the Casa del Alfarero where the best of Trinitarian pottery is displayed.
  • Tour of the main streets of the city including the Plaza Mayor and the Plaza Real del Jigüe.
