Pukará de Quitor is an old citadel used as an indigenous fortress, which dates back more than 700 years and was declared a National Monument by Chile in 1982. Its pre-Inca construction dates back to the 12th century.

The Village of Tulor is one of the oldest sedentary archaeological sites in northern Chile. The village is composed of a series of circular structures interconnected with each other and which had diverse uses and functions according to the daily activities that took place inside.

San Pedro de SAtacama Church, one of the oldest in the country, on July 6, 1951 the church was declared a National Monument of Chile, in the category of Historical Monument.

Archaeological Museum R.P. Gustavo Le Paige, belonging to the Universidad Católica del Norte. It contains the largest collection of archaeological pieces of the Atacama culture (about 380,000).
