"Hemingway Tour"

The famous American writer Ernest Hemingway lived more than 10 years in Havana, which was the source of inspiration for some of his most famous novels. In many places the writer's mark was left, but his selectivity and good taste made only a few places his own.

Our proposal is to take you on a tour of Hemingway's Havana, to visit those magical places that made them inspiring. We will visit the Ambos Mundos Hotel which treasures the room used by this famous writer and is now converted into a small museum. We will also visit the Finca-Museum Vigia, where the writer lived and worked until the end of his days.

La Bodeguita del Medio and the restaurant El Floridita are places not to be missed as they were the places frequented by the writer, in the latter Hemingway spent many hours sitting at the bar enjoying his favorite drink the Daiquiri.

Itinerary

• Air-conditioned bus with multilingual guide service.
• Staggered pick up from hotels according to the established schedule for the excursion
• Visit to the Hemingway Museum at the La Vigía estate, the Cuban residence of the Nobel Prize winner.
• Panoramic tour of the village of Cojímar.
• Visit and a cocktail in the restaurant Las Terrazas, where Hemingway used to have lunch.
• Visit to his room at the Ambos Mundos Hotel.
• Visit to the bar-restaurant Floridita and Bodeguita del Medio, places that the writer used to frequent.
• Lunch at Hotel Ambos Mundos' terrace restaurant or at Las Terrazas de Cojímar (depending on availability).
• Return to the hotels.
