"One day in Trinidad " Bike Tour

Trinidad, one of the first villages founded by the Spanish and one of the best preserved today, declared by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site. In the colonial City of Trinidad, full of historical, cultural and patrimonial values, you will be able to discover times, customs and traditions of the old Villa.

We will explore with our electric bikes, without traffic, the beautiful City of Trinidad and immerse yourself in its charms.

• We start our tour around the city with our electric bikes.
• We pass by Playa Ancon and Playa La Boca.
• We cycle along the Caribbean Sea and Casilda Bay, where, depending on the season and water level, many water birds nest.
• We arrive at the Port of Trinidad, a place of great importance during the colonial period since this was the place where the gold and slave ships business was carried out, rotating between America and Spain.
• After a brief walk along the cruise ship pier, we can refresh ourselves in an open air bar and continue with the visit to the Valle de Ingenios, an eco-cultural system where monuments, nature and society interact, which is why it is a highly artistic objective.
• We continue our tour until we reach the Plaza Mayor, testimony to the wealth of the sugar barons that impresses us with the unique and almost completely preserved historic center and the palaces of the rich plantation owners.
• We invite you to taste the "regional drink" of Trinidad, the Chanchànchara, which we try in the bar of the same name while our lunch is being prepared.
• We continue our tour through the cobblestone streets of Trinidad, visiting the old train station with some magnificent steam locomotives.
• We return to our starting point

• Technical assistance: The circuit will have technical assistance throughout the tour as well as trained personnel to attend to any eventuality that may occur during the course.

Important

• You must report to the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants must travel with their own personal insurance.
• At the meeting point, we will give a brief introduction to the electric bicycles, the settings of the clients' bicycles at each individual height and some general information about the roads and traffic regulations in Cuba.
• The guest should have a good experience in urban cycling. There are no bicycle lanes in Cuba.
• Guests should be able to ride a bicycle comfortably up to 20 kilometers.
• The program is subject to change. Visits to museums depend on opening hours. Modifications/changes are possible, depending on the opening hours of the museums.
• Gender of the person: female / male (including information, if any, about any special characteristics regarding the person's height, weight or any disabilities).
• For children there is no minimum age, only a minimum height of 1.40 m
• We have trailer seats/trolleys. Maximum weight: 25 kg. The number of seats/trolleys is limited and will always be "on request".

TIPS: - Lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for walking outdoors, sunglasses and sunscreen, insect repellent. Rain can be expected at any time.
