"One day in Camaguey" Tour
Camagüey. It is the easternmost province in central Cuba, and the largest. Also called the City of the Tinajones because of the proliferation of these enormous terracotta vessels, Camagüey (named this way since 1903) has a unique urban fabric formed by narrow, winding streets that invariably lead to squares and plazas, where buildings of outstanding historical-cultural and architectural value are still preserved.
Tour the city of Camagüey through the buildings, houses and squares, getting to know its history and the life of its people.
Itinerary
- Pick up at the hotels with specialized guide service in several languages and departure to Camagüey.
- Visit to the Museum "La Maqueta de la Ciudad".
- Tour of Plaza del Carmen, Marta Jiménez Gallery, Plaza San Juan de Dios, Metropolitan Cathedral and Agramonte Park.
- Tour around Plaza de Los Trabajadores, Cinema Street and Plaza La Soledad.
- Lunch at Hotel Santa María.
- City tour of Plaza de la Revolución, Camagüey Central Park, Casino Campestre.
- Return to the hotels.
