“MATANZAS - YUMURÍ” Tour
Our Group proposes panoramic tours of the most significant sites in Cuban history, culture and contemporary life. So this is a treat for those seeking some vacation adventures on their Cuba holiday tour.
Planned Itinerary

- Tour of the city of Matanzas, known as the Athens of Cuba, which includes:
- Visit to the Plaza de la Libertad with and visit to the Triolet Pharmaceutical Museum, exponent of the French pharmacy of 1882.
- Continuation of the tour to the "Rueda" Park, next to the San Carlos Borromeo Cathedral, to continue on foot along Narváez Street to the Foundational Square (Plaza de la Vigía), which allows you to visit interesting places recognized for their historical and cultural value: Sauto Theater, City Museum (Junco Palace), Palace of Justice.
- Visit to the Alturas de Monserrate with a brief stop for photos.
- Tour of the Yumurí Valley with a stay at Rancho Gaviota that includes: Welcome cocktail, visit to a peasant house, guided visit to the areas of cultivation and animal breeding, free time for horseback riding.
- Typical Cuban lunch.
- Speedboat ride on the Canímar River, a protected area that gives us the possibility to enjoy the beauty and natural attractions of the place.
- Visit to the Saturno Cave. Time for a swim.
- Return by bus to the Hotel.
