Penalties for Cancellations and No Show:
- THE CLIENT shall make reservations at least ten (10 days), prior to the date of the flight and before 72 hours. After that time, requests will only be accepted in exceptional cases, prior confirmation.
- THE CLIENT shall notify at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the beginning of the requested services, any modification of the previous request; and at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the service confirming any cancellation that may occur.
- The CLIENT may make the cancellation at least seventy two (72) hours prior to the flight. Cancellations with less than 72 hours or No Show will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.
Other Penalties:
- Time limit for ticket issuance (after booking) 72 hours.
- Time limit for the release of passenger names (after booking) 72 hours.
- Date change: allowed within the validity period, and before the day of the flight, according to the fare charged a fee of $ 25.00 is applied, at any time it is made.
- Name Change: Not allowed after ticket issuance) implies cancellation of the name and the making of a new reservation and a $25.00 charge will be applied.
