Casa grande e independiente con jardín, portal en L, terraza y patio lateral y trasero con plantas ornamentales y árboles frutales. En el patio hay un mini zoológico con cría de jutías, cocodrilos y jicoteas. En la casa se convive con los propietarios y se permite el uso de toda la propiedad. El lugar en que se ubica la casa es muy tranquilo y desde el portal, la terraza o el comedor se pueden observar siempre diferentes tipos de aves. El precio de la habitación incluye set de snorkeling, bicicletas, nevera para excursiones, brújula, prismáticos, paraguas, costurero, revistas informativas sobre buceo, plegables y mapas sobre Cuba y la localidad. En los baños privados hay secadoras para el pelo y toallas de playa, además de los amenities tradicionales.

La Casa obtuvo el Premio a la Excelencia en Tripadvisor en Mayo 2014.
