Islazul Plaza Hotel ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Founded at the beginning of the last century, this is the oldest of the Camaguey hotels. It still retains most of its original architectural features. Site of obligatory reference of the city, treasures among its many relevant events, the passage of the Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral and the release of the first radio station outside the Cuban capital. Intimate and welcoming, it is characterized by the friendly treatment of its employees and its excellent geographical location, right at the confluence of the main access roads to the city and a few meters from the commercial area.
