Bello Horizonte is a luxury villa with a modern minimalist design located in the Nuevo Vedado residential neighborhood of Havana, in a beautiful setting, right on a hill with beautiful views of the Havana Forest, which represents the green lung of the city. The villa is fully air-conditioned with split air conditioning in all areas and perimeter surveillance cameras. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, with capacity for 8 people, a heated pool with bar, terrace and barbecue oven. Included in the price: 24 hour butler, internet wifi via satellite, satellite TV, daily room service, garage with capacity for 1 car. PROPERTY RULES:

• Behaviors that may affect neighbors, and generate nuisances and complaints are not allowed.
• Smoking, only in terraces and outside areas. Inside the property is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to throw paper or other objects in the sanitary facilities or in the swimming pool.
• Do not use the linen as if it were disposable. For improper use, damage or loss, compensation will be requested.
• For a better functioning of the air conditioners, it is recommended to turn them off when leaving the property, and -NOT to use them with the windows and doors open.
• Any damage to the property should be reported as soon as possible to the concierge. The guest has the obligation to compensate financially in case of damages caused.
• On the property, all behavior related to drug trafficking and consumption, prostitution and sexual relations with minors is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Illegal or uncivil behavior will be cause for imminent cancellation of the reservation.

CHECK IN / OUT

• Check-in after 15:00 hrs.
• Passport or ID card must be presented at check in.
• A photo of each guest's passport or identity card will be taken, for security reasons and to make the mandatory report to the immigration office and the tax office within 24 hours.

• Only the number of guests allowed in the property will be checked in. the property. It must not exceed the maximum allowed. If the guest does not respect this rule, check-in will not be done.

• Check-out after 12:00 hrs.

• The check out process is done with the concierge, to whom the keys of the property are given personally. Guests must properly deliver the property. The loss of the keys entails a surcharge.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

• Minimum stay assumes two nights.

• Gastronomic services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries) are optional and have an extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
