Santa Maria del Mar Beach is at a distance of about 10 minutes by car and you can reach Guanabo Beach in 5 minutes by car.

The beautiful eastern beaches are a series of beaches located 18 kilometers east of Havana. This area is lined with pine trees, and begins at the small resort of Bacuranao, and reaches the town of Guanabo, located 27 kilometers from the capital.

Each of the seven beaches along this 9-kilometer stretch of seductive coastline has its own peculiar atmosphere. The seven beaches, in order of proximity to Havana, are: Bacuranao Beach, Mégano Beach, Santa María del Mar Beach, Boca Ciega Beach, Guanabo Beach, Jibacoa Beach and Trópico Beach.
