GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE ​ CUBACAR - HAVANAUTOS car rental services are available only to drivers who are international tourists or Cubans residing abroad. If the driver does not meet these requirements, the rental cannot be processed; it will be considered a no-show, and a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be applied. ​ CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY ​ - For reservations canceled between 34 and 20 days before the start of the reservation: a penalty equal to 25% of the total rental amount. - For reservations canceled between 19 and 8 days before the start of the reservation: a penalty equal to 50% of the total rental amount. - For reservations canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the reservation: a penalty equal to 100% of the total rental amount. - A NO SHOW will be considered when the customer fails to pick up the vehicle within: - 5 hours after the reserved time at regular offices. - 3 hours after the flight’s arrival at airport offices. - In the event of a NO SHOW, a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount will be applied. - Early return of the vehicle: no refund for unused days. ​ RENTAL REQUIREMENTS ​ - Valid driver’s license, issued at least 2 years ago.- Minimum age: 21 years.- Maximum age: 80 years. ​ The following must be presented at the time of signing the contract:- Passport- Proof of foreign residence- Valid driver’s license If these documents are not presented, the service will not be provided and the reservation will be considered a No-Show. ​ PAYMENT TERMS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES ​ - The customer must pay directly at the CUBACAR - HAVANAUTOS office for any additional services not included, such as:- Child seat - Additional driver- Drop-off (if applicable)- Other services ​ FUEL ​ - The vehicle is delivered with a full tank (included in the reservation). - The customer must return it with an empty tank. - If the vehicle is returned with fuel, no refund will be issued. ​ ADDITIONAL DRIVERS ​ - Maximum: 2 additional drivers- Cost: 3.00 USD per driver / per day- Requirement: driver’s license with at least 1 year of experience ​ Additional drivers:- May only drive the vehicle- May not pick up or return the car- May not request returns or extensions ​ DELIVERY AND RETURN (DROP-OFF) CONDITIONS ​ - The customer may return the vehicle at any CUBACAR - HAVANAUTOS office in the country for an additional charge. - Deliveries or pickups at locations without a CUBACAR - HAVANAUTOS office: - Subject to prior confirmation - Additional costs payable directly by the customer - CUBACAR - HAVANAUTOS reserves the right to accept or decline the service - If the vehicle is returned to a location other than the agreed-upon one:- An additional drop-off fee will apply

Our agency can only offer car rental services to the PRIMARY DRIVER OR THE HOLDER of a car rental reservation who is an INTERNATIONAL TOURIST OR A CUBAN RESIDENT ABROAD. In this regard, we are NOT responsible if the rental cannot be completed because the holder does not meet these conditions, and it will be considered a NO-SHOW, with a 100% penalty applied. If a customer wishes for a family member, friend, etc., residing in Cuba to drive the rental car, we can only include them in the reservation as an ADDITIONAL DRIVER with the corresponding extra charge.

• The customer must present the following at the time of signing the rental agreement: o ORIGINAL passport. o Proof of foreign residency. o Driver’s license issued at least 2 years prior. o Printed voucher from the agency (not digital). Otherwise, the service will not be provided and will be considered a NO-SHOW.

FUEL DEPOSIT FEE BY CAR CATEGORY:

All cars will be delivered with a full tank, and the customer must pay for the fuel in advance. The customer must return the car with an empty tank. There will be no refund for unused fuel. Only premium gasoline may be used.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver’s age: 21 to 80 years old. • Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years. • Present driver’s license, ORIGINAL passport, and printed voucher.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:

The following must be prepaid to THE AGENCY: • Daily rental cost. • Insurance or liability waiver (mandatory). • Airport pickup surcharge: 20.00 USD. Insurance is mandatory and depends on the age of the account holder and the additional driver (21-24 / 25-75 / 76-80).

OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES:

• Additional driver: $3.00 per day. Payment can be made in advance or directly at the rental office. If paying in advance, the agency must provide the additional driver’s full name and ID number in advance. Once the reservation is confirmed, the name cannot be changed.

OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES:

These services must be paid directly at the rental office: • One-way rental (depending on mileage). • Airport drop-off: $25.00 USD. • Child seats (subject to availability). • Security deposit (if applicable). All payments must be made with an international credit card. Cash is not accepted.

DELAYS IN PICKUP AND RETURN OF THE VEHICLE:

DELAY IN PICKUP:

If the customer is delayed in picking up the vehicle due to a flight delay or for any other reason, they must immediately notify us via: • booking@holiplus.com • (+53) 5 3880328 • (+53) 5 2708189 Otherwise, the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.

DELAY IN RETURN:

• The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time or within the following 4 hours. • Delays of more than 4 hours: penalty of 1 extra day. • Delays of more than 5 hours: penalty of 2 days' rental.

COMPLAINTS:

All complaints must be submitted along with a copy of the rental agreement. THE AGENCY is not liable for: • Failure by the customer to meet requirements. • Loss or lack of original documents. • Failure to pick up the car on the confirmed date. In these cases, there will be no refund.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS:

• High Season: o January 1 to June 30 o September 1 to November 30 • Peak Season: o December 1 to December 31 o July 1 to August 31

RENTAL PERIODS:

• Minimum during High Season: 3 days. • Minimum during Peak Season: 5 days. • Maximum rental period: 30 days.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are ON REQUEST and subject to availability.

RESERVATION CHANGES:

Once a reservation is confirmed, the following cannot be changed: • Name. • Date. • Category. • Pickup location or time. Any changes will require canceling the existing reservation and creating a new one, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Car categories are guaranteed, not specific makes or models.
2. Rates include unlimited mileage.
3. Fuel must be prepaid, and the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank.
4. The customer may return the car to a different office by paying a drop-off fee.
5. Services in Cayo Santa María will not be confirmed.
6. Pickup at Havana Airport: 20.00 USD.
7. Drop-off at airports: 25.00 USD.
8. In the event of an accident or theft, the customer must notify the rental office and file a police report.

INSURANCE COVERAGE (LIABILITY WAIVER): TRANSTUR offers mandatory coverage provided the customer complies with the terms of the contract.

Coverage includes: • Damage to the vehicle. • Loss of the vehicle. • Fire. • Total or partial theft (except tires and audio equipment). • Collisions and rollovers. • Accidents. • Natural disasters. • Damage to third parties. The customer must file the corresponding official report in the event of an accident, theft, or incident. Coverage does NOT apply in cases of: • Theft of tires or audio equipment. • Negligence. • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Illegal use of the vehicle. In these cases, the customer will be liable for all damages caused.

OTHER POSSIBLE CHARGES:

• Lost key: $200.00 USD. • Key left inside the car: o $50.00 USD in Havana. o $100.00 USD in other provinces. • Extremely dirty car or transport of animals: $50.00 USD. • Car returned by an additional driver: 50.00 USD. • Car driven by an unregistered person: applicable penalty. • Loss of floor mats: 50.00 USD. • Unauthorized maritime transport of the vehicle: o Penalty of 200.00 USD + drop-off fee.
